General

1. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C" or "Agreement") constitute a binding agreement and govern the contractual relationship between SkyGrow Group Limitada, hereinafter referred to as "Justbit" or "We", "Us"; or "Our"; and You, as the user and customer, hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You" or "Yours" of justbit.io website through related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms.
2. The User must read, agree and accept all of the T&C contained in this Agreement without modifications, which include those T&C expressly set forth below and those incorporated by reference, before the User may become an active, registered User of justbit.io. These Agreement comes into force as soon as you click on “I`m at least 18 years old and accept with Terms of use and Privacy policy” checkbox button, by doing which you signify to justbit.io that you have read these T&C and accept them. By using of the Website you also signify that you agree with these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement shall also apply to all Services provided via mobile devices, including downloadable applications. All references to the use of the Website shall be construed as references to the use of our Services provided for mobile devices.
3. SkyGrow Group Limitada may amend and/or assign this Agreement or any rights and/or obligations from time to time. The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are published on the Website and may be changed at any time. The new version of these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon clicking checkbox “OK” following the text of the noted T&C and confirming that the User has read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy” presented to him/her before use of the website. Players from the following countries are not eligible to use the Website and play its games. Justbit will make all reasonable efforts to prevent players from these countries to reach the games.
10. Please be noted that there’re special availability restrictions for some games placed at Justbit. Game providers reserve the right to expand the list of prohibited countries for their games on their own discretion without additional notifications. User’s account registration
11. In order to use the Website, the User must complete the registration form and open a User account ("Account") on the Website. The User must fill in the registration form provided by Justbit which shall at least include the following details: User`s email and phone number. The User is restricted to use temporary or fake email or phone number;
12. Username, his/her first name and last name. Offensive or indecent names are not allowed. Further prohibited are usernames that contain or allude to an Internet link or account names, which allude to certain rights of the User. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with an unacceptable username. Accounts can be reactivated as soon as suitable and an acceptable alternative username has been chosen.
13. User`s password. The User is advised to choose a strong and non-predictable password for security reasons and is responsible for ensuring that this password is kept as highly confidential. If there is concern that the secrecy of Username and Password is no longer the case, the User should notify SkyGrow Group Limitada immediately.

5. The User uses the account for personal use and has no commercial intentions.
6. The User has no knowledge about any bet result of the underlying bet before placing it.
7. The User does not have multiple accounts on justbit.io website.
8. The User has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
9. The User cannot sell, transfer, assign and/or acquire by any other means the accounts to/from other Users.
10. The User assures that he/she won’t use his/her account to transfer funds amongst his/her accounts.
11. The player is solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in gambling activities on the website complies with all applicable laws and regulations of their country of residence.

Obligations of user and usage of account

1. Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device, Justbit must be informed by the respective Accounts’ holders. Failure to do so may lead to your Account being blocked for access and “freezing” or confiscation of all your funds.

1. Offensive Communication: The User shall not engage in any form of offensive, abusive, or disrespectful communication with Justbit customer support team or any other representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of offensive language, harassment, or any behavior that may create an uncomfortable or hostile environment.
2. Spamming: Users are prohibited from engaging in spam activities, including but not limited to repetitive and unsolicited messages, advertisements, or any form of disruptive communication.
3. Fraudulent Activity: The User must not attempt to deceive, manipulate, or engage in any fraudulent activities, including misrepresenting their identity, providing false information, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
4. Misuse of Support Services: Users shall not misuse the customer support services for any purpose other than legitimate inquiries or assistance related to Justbit services. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting false claims, deliberately providing misleading information, or abusing the support system.
5. In the event of a breach of these rules, the customer support team reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to pausing the User's account for a period ranging from 1 to 3 days. If the User persists in violating these rules, the account may be subject to suspension or permanent block. The decisions regarding such actions are final and cannot be subject to any claim.
6. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful interaction with customer support and understands the consequences outlined above for any violation of these rules. Justbit reserves the right to determine the severity of the breach and take action accordingly, exercising its discretion in the best interest of the overall user community and the integrity of the platform.

Dormant account

1. If such request is excessive as well as repetitive, we may refuse to provide you with a copy of your personal data or request a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of preparing such copy.

Closing of the account

1. User can only close User account if it has no remaining balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal requests ;
2. In case User wants to close User account with a positive balance or/and pending withdrawal requests, all funds on User account will be voided.

1. In order to ensure anti-fraud measures, prevention of laundering proceeds of crime and financing of terrorism and abuse on the part of the User, Justbit reserves the right to verify User’s identity in the process of closing User’s account. It means that Justbit is entitled to request up-to-date documents from the Users, conduct an interview (Skype call or Zoom call) with a User, request confirmation of source of funds or/and a high-resolution and visible photo of a user’s selfie with his/her up-to date documents near his/her face, even though the User have passed identity verification in the past.

Deposits / payments

Deposits below minimum will not be credited.

Withdrawals

1. The maximum withdrawal amount for crypto payments is capped at 10 000 EUR or its equivalent in other currencies per day, 30 000 EUR or its equivalent in other currencies per week and 50 000 EUR or its equivalent in other currencies per month. Justbit reserves the right to carry out additional KYC verification procedure for any withdrawals.

1. In case of more than one withdrawal request within a reasonably short period of time at the sole discretion of Justbit, the Company reserves the right to charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals.
2. For certain payment methods Justbit reserves the right to charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals during every withdrawal request.

Fees and taxes

Miscarried / aborted games

1. Justbit, our suppliers and/or licensors are not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to games. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management;
2. Justbit, our suppliers and/or licensors accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content, including and without limitation to: Delays or interruptions in operation or transmission;
3. Loss or corruption of data;
4. Communication or lines failure;
5. Any site or content misuse;
6. Any errors or omissions in content;

1. Ensure that the game is terminated;
2. Refund the amount of the wager to You by placing it in Your Account.

General Betting Rules (Sports)

Anti-fraud policy

1. participating in any type of collusion with other Users;
2. development of strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings;
3. fraudulent actions against SkyGrow Group Limitada or its (partners or) payment providers;
4. chargeback transactions;
5. the use of third party software or analysis systems;
6. creating two or more accounts;
7. using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating);
8. or become bankrupt in the country of his/her residence.

Zero tolerance to abuse of promo-games

1. use of stolen cards or stolen virtual currency;
2. chargebacks;
3. creating more than one account in order to get advantage from SkyGrow Group Limitada promotions;
4. multiple account strategy/proxy account strategy;
5. artificially manipulating affiliate CPAs or revenue share;
6. providing fake registration data;
7. any other actions which may damage the SkyGrow Group Limitada

Intellectual property

Special provisions with regard of virtual currency acceptance for Justbit

1. obtained pre-approval in writing by authority to acknowledge/approve the use of virtual currency;
2. collects and verifies proof of identity and proof of address of its Users. Passport, ID card, driving license are accepted proof of identity, as well as proof of residence can be an electricity or telephone bill or a letter from the employer or any recognized public authority certifying the address;
3. verifies that the player is over 18 and that he/she has a valid email address;
4. collects and stores hardware KYC carried out during withdrawals, included but not limited to: IP address, mac address and browser information to ensure that all withdrawals are to/from the same User (IP and computer);
5. is ready on demand of Master License Holder to make available and provide proof of balance to ensure player’s funds have been deposited;
6. is ready on demand of Master License Holder and on a periodic basis (weekly, monthly) to make available and provide proof of solvency to ensure that operator has all funds to cover all bets and jackpots and that the amounts in virtual currency are kept in a separate account;
7. displays the rate of exchange from BitCoin to FIAT currency on the home page on justbit.io;
8. understands and states that VALUE OF EACH VIRTUAL CURRENCY CAN CHANGE DRAMATICALLY DEPENDING ON THE MARKET VALUE in addition to the risks stated at part “Disclaimers of risks” below;
9. Justbit assures that all deposits made in virtual currency, wagers and payout should always be in virtual currency, it means that at no time it is allowed to exchange between virtual currency and a fiat currency.

Disclaimers of risks

1. Risk of software weaknesses: The User understands and accepts that the Blockchain System concept, the underlying software application and software platform is still at an early development stage and unproven, that’s why there is no warranty that there is an inherent risk that the software could contain weaknesses, vulnerabilities or bugs causing, inter alia, the complete loss of Bitcoins.
2. Regulatory risk: The User understands and accepts that the blockchain technology allows new forms of interaction and that it is possible that certain jurisdictions will apply existing regulations or introduce new regulations addressing blockchain technology based applications which may be contrary to the current setup of the System and which may, inter alia, result in substantial modifications of the Service, including its termination and the loss of virtual currencies.
3. Risk of Loss of private key: virtual currencies in account wallet can only be used by means of wallet seed or combination of private key and password. The private key is encrypted with a password. The User understands and accepts that if his/her wallet or password respectively his/her private key get lost or stolen, Justbit will not be responsible in case the violator who seized the private key and/or password uses them to withdraw the funds. In order to avoid such situation Justbit strongly recommends you to turn 2FA authorisation on.
4. Risk of theft: The User understands and accepts that the Service concept, the underlying software application and software platform may be exposed to attacks by hackers or other individuals that could result in theft or loss of bitcoins (or other virtual currencies), impacting the ability to develop the Services.

Limitation of liability

1. do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are permanently fit for their purpose;
2. do not warrant that the software and Website are permanently free from errors;
3. do not warrant that the Website and/or Games will always be accessible without interruptions;

Justbit is entitled to place its own games as well as the games which can be operated by it under license agreements, sublicence agreements and/or any and all other possible contracts being the ground of operation and placement of the games belonging to other operators and business partners at the Justbit Website. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions as well as all other Policies of Justbit are applied to such games under use and operation of the Company to the extent of the agreements between Justbit and the right holders on such games and this Appendix 1.
